2. How the Testing Tool Works

The mouse polling rate test runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript. When you move your mouse:

• Your browser captures mouse movement events
• Our JavaScript code calculates the polling rate locally
• The results are displayed to you in real-time
• Nothing is sent to our servers or any third party
• When you close the page, all data is immediately deleted

Bottom line: Your testing data never leaves your device.

3. Cookies and Local Storage

We use minimal browser storage for the following legitimate purposes:

• Theme Preference: If you switch to dark mode, we store that preference so the site remembers your choice on your next visit
• No Tracking Cookies: We do not use cookies for analytics, advertising, or tracking

You can clear this data at any time through your browser settings without affecting functionality.

4. Third-Party Services

What We Don't Use:

• Google Analytics or similar tracking tools
• Facebook Pixel or social media trackers
• Advertising networks
• Third-party scripts that collect user data

What We May Use (Optional):

In the future, we may integrate:
